I had a great experience with Umeasureit. they had the best quoted price out of four bids. they were prompt and helpful at all times they meet every scheduled date they carry a good product Echo kept on top of everything and was able to answer every question and concern i had installers did a nice job.

OK, third property now that we've used UMeasureIt (Jeff, Echo, Clay) for replacing existing old windows with new Milgard windows and all have turned out great. In fact, I'd say they just keep getting better. Great attention to detail, timely, with solid communication. Highly recommend.

Clay not only did an excellent job installing our new windows, he also noticed and fixed errors that a a different (highly advertised) company made when they installed some windows for us a few years earlier. We purchased 19 Milgard windows and 2 patio doors through UMeasureIt.com to replace the existing windows/doors for our entire home. The great customer service started with Steve White coming over to give us an estimate on a Saturday. I had forgotten about the appointment, and was about to leave for an errand, when Steve showed up. He was very gracious by saying he could do the estimate from outside our home, and we could head out. From there it was a very smooth process of getting more details after Steve emailed us the estimate, which we used to compare against other quotes we had received. We decided to go ahead with UMeasureit.com because of the low-pressure sales tactics from Steve, a reasonable quate, and his great customer service whenever I reached out to him with a question. The whole experience felt very personal, and not like dealing with some high-end company. Once we decided on UMeasureIt.com, it took a few weeks for the windows to be delivered and schedule the installation. Here again, the two folks from UMeasureIt.com, Clay and Garret, were first-class individuals. They'd come at the appointed time, were very courteous, professional, and thorough in their work. And they did a super job of cleaning up after they were done. We had a couple of issues with the windows that were delivered from Milgard and Steve worked with us post the main installation to get them resolved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve, and UMeasureIt.com to anyone. Great company, and the epitome of being customer-focused.

I replaced an existing french door in our home to a Milgard Sliding door to match the rest of the windows and doors in the home, and most pleased with the result. The Umeasureit crew went above and beyond in helping me install additional LPV flooring up to the new door so it looks like it was there all along! Not only do they install the Milgard products, they help with the flooring as well to make it look like original construction. Very pleased with them, the door, and Milgard in particular as I don't know of any other manufacturer who stands behind their lifetime warranty like they do!

Umeasureit was awesome to work with. They replaced 10+ windows in our house and did a great job with helping us pick out the Milgard Ultra Series. We are very pleased with the installation and overall process.
