Umeasureit was founded in 2009 by Jeffrey Keirstead, who’s been in the window industry for more than 45 years. He started in his uncle’s manufacturing firm back when shag carpet was popular, and unlike that trend, his knowledge has only gotten sharper with time.

From day one, Jeff wanted Umeasureit to feel different. No “sign today or the price goes up” gimmicks. No pushy salespeople camped out at your kitchen table: just good advice, fair pricing, and reliable service. We’d rather earn your trust than pressure you into a deal.

As a Certified Milgard Dealer, we handle the whole process: measuring, quoting, delivery, and installation. Jeff’s daughter, Echo, makes sure everything runs smoothly and that customers always know what’s going on. Her husband, Clay, has 25+ years of construction experience and often comes out to meet with homeowners for quotes. And now Elise, Jeff’s granddaughter, has joined the office, learning the business as the third generation.
